Ordered 1 for myself and 1 for a gift. I had a small issue when I ordered my custom color for my gift one, and they had it fixed so fast and better than the one I picked out!
From the time I placed my order to the day my 2 Ash Rockets arrived it was 5 days. That is awesome!!
This thing is great, and I'm a full time chiefer. Like Master Chief. It simplifies cleaning, encourages lighter organization(and hoarding). Anybody who smokes too much but likes to keep things on the level knows how much work that is. This helps a lot and carries a lot less risk compared to an ashtray re: tipping, spilling and general shallowness. The best tool I have is a cigar tool, with the poker, stamper and well the cutter does whatever. Combined with this I can maintain my surface level piece issues no problem. The ash window is well welcome, genius and just luxurious. Good stuff
The rocket is awesome! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve spilled the ashes and this keeps it secure and no more hassle trying to unclog our pieces. I recommend it 10000000%
It’s super handy and came well-packaged, which was my main concern! It fits the lighter and papers & the little blade slicer thing works well for wraps :)
Overall a great product, it’s a smaller business so they’re more personal. I got sent a hand written letter with my ash rocket which was very much appreciated. It arrived a week late but I’m sure that’s not they’re fault. More so who they went through in order to get it delivered. Overall a 9.5/10 experience ;)
